This talk will outline progress being made at Prestwick to enable the conduct of spaceflight for small sat launch and possibly crewed spaceflight. A rocket carrying a satellite will be released from an aircraft much like the tried and tested Virgin Orbit system. The talk will also extend to discuss work being done to establish Prestwick and central Scotland as Europe’s premier space cluster.
