Directions & Map:

Venue address: Spring Lane Building, University of York, University Road, York, YO10 5DS.

The Spring Lane Building is situated in the heart of the University of York’s Campus West, the map here shows the location of the building (location D3), nearby parking, bus stops and cash points. Please note that parking is free on weekends, however, this is also the first weekend that the university ‘freshers’ arrive so it would be worth arriving early to secure parking. However, to reduce overloading the car parks we do recommend that, where possible, you use public transport. The York Park and Ride can take you into town where the number 66 bus can then bring you to the University campus. The number 66 also goes via the train station; the number 66 is every 10 minutes on Saturday, here is a copy of the Uni of York bus route map.

Please note that there are a few venues on site which sell food, such as a ‘Nisa Supermarket’ and various cafes. You are also welcome to bring your own packed lunch, and slightly further away (~25 minute walk, on Lawrence Street) there are a number of pubs which serve food.
